A: The mounting bracket of the B2 Bike Tail Light is designed for round bicycle seat posts. If your bicycle has a flat or specially shaped seat post, it may not be securely mounted. Please check your seat post shape before purchasing.

Q: Does the APP support DIY customization?
A: Yes. You can use the APP to customize text, upload images, and set animation effects, allowing you to freely personalize the display.

Q: How waterproof is this LED helmet light?
A: The product features IP66 waterproof protection, making it suitable for everyday use in rainy conditions. However, do not immerse the product in water. The housing is also impact-resistant, but the display surface may still be damaged by strong impacts or scratches.

Q: Does the battery need to be replaced regularly?
A: No. The product uses a rechargeable battery that can be charged and reused, eliminating the need for frequent replacement of disposable batteries.
